Magic Kingdom
Today we decided to visit Magic Kindgom. After a relaxing breakfast, again with self-baked Croissants, we left the house to meet with Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, …
There were tons of people which had the same idea. It is amazing how thoroughly organized the parks are to deal with that amount of visitors - we always try to imagine how it would be in Spain :-).
First we went to the Buzz Lightyear ride (Max and Dad made Space Rangers 1st Degree). You are on a space ship and your duty is to zap as many aliens from the sky as possible. After that we waited to get into orbit (Astro Orbiter) which is a simple ride but with a spectacular view over the entire park.
Then came Felix highlight - Goofys Barnstormer - a roller coaster which is fast, but still enjoyable for the smaller ones.
The Country Bear Jamboree is Thomas favorite - the animated singing bears are great.
After the Jungle Cruise we decided to go home and maybe come back another time to see the fun stuff we weren’t patient enough to see (Pirates of the Caribbean, Winney the Pooh and Peter Pan were each a 70 Min. wait.
So, what do you do to cool off after a hot, humid day outside? Yes - you go shopping. We first went to a giant Walmart outlet and then to our Publix grocceries store.
After a swim in the pool we had dinner and later the boys watched a movie while Thomas was preparing his talk and presentation for the Smalltalk Solutions exebition in Toronto.
